The process that I perform on my units would cost you at least 1500$ at any other dealer. Because I do all the usual calibrations plus all the adjustments. We were able to power the unit on. It did not make any noise. There was a green dot that moved from left to right across the screen. When we played with some of the knobs, sometimes it would disappear, other times ... moreit would change the appearance of that green dot. The black top for the'Scan Trigger' switch is missing. The unit as a whole has a lot of cosmetic wear. It is dirty and will require additional cleaning. There is a dent on the top towards the back. The handle on the left side of the front is bent inward. Two of the feet on the bottom are missing. The'Frequency Fine Tune' knob is chipped slightly. The vent at the back is dented inward. It appears that there is a piece missing at the back which may cover the fan. A power cord is NOT included. We only used a power cord to power the item on for pictures.
