It is about 10 years old and has the optional carry handle and side stand kits installed. This analyzer has a dynamic range from DC to 100 kHz and is a single channel unit(as are all SR760's) Data storage can be in either proprietary SRS format(for later reloading of waveforms) or in ASCII CSV format(for loading into Excel. Etc. Data is saved on DSDD floppy disks(yes they are still made and easily available) Unit comes complete with owners binder and power cord. You are looking at a very special. Perfectly working, high end spectrum analyzer from ADVANTEST model R3271A. It is performance equivalent to AGILENT 8563E and 4407B with even better phase noise specifications. You can see 50Hz noise sidebands 90dB down on a microwave signal; try doing this with another spectrum analyzer! Do not confuse it with an R3271 analyzer. The R3271A is newer. Better built and has no known flaws. This unit can over-range from practically DC to over 30GHz and is calibrated. Passes all self tests and works well within factory specifications. Has so many functions impossible to list here; for those unfamiliar with it. Reading the operating manual here can be an eye opener The firmware of the R3271A is very user friendly. Has a wealth of useful customizable parameters and ... morefunctions, like only Advantest were able and willing to develop.
