You can see that the traces with the TTL input open, and the second batch where you can see my finger connecting the TTL wire to ground are related - the trace is about 10 dB higher when the TTL is grounded, so this switch is normally open.

I'm used to switches that go out to 18 GHz or more so I started out using a 20 GHz analyzer (that's the batch of yellow traces at the end of the photos_. Nope, not happy with that at all. So, I witched to an analyzer that covers 300KHz to 3 GHz and eventually had it stop at 900 MHz - that's the blue trace you see right after the photos of the switch. ).

I couldn't find a spec sheet, though I didn't look all that hard, I just connected this to my analyzer and as you can see in the analyzer plots which have a 1 dB per division scale, it's doing really good up to 12 GHz, and then it has a 1.2 dB peak, and then a 2.5 dB drop off around 18.
