This meter scale is straight. Undamaged, and mirrored. I only had the meter but I think it came out of a vintage HP VTVM. The scale came out of a bad meter. The scale does show some signs of scaling along the bottom of the top scale(see Photos) and a small scratch on either end of the mirrored section. Check the scale photos. This is an odd find. My friend tells me it is a very high stability. Laboratory grade frequency standard that uses the resonant frequency of rubidium as a reference.
