Even with the new digital scopes, I used Series 7000 Oscilloscopes frequently until my retirement, because there are simply some things that you can do with a Series 7000, with the proper plug-ins installed, that cannot be accomplished with the newer scopes. Tektronix 7B92A Dual Time Base Plug-in. 500MHz. Four kinds of sweep- Normal. Intensified Delaying, Delayed, and Mixed. 0.5ns to 0.2sec/Div Calibrated Time Base. Has readout capability. The plug-in is in very good used physical and electronic condition except. I noticed that the horizontal position knob must be to the left of center for the trace to be centered. The knob is not at the end of its travel, but at about the three-quarters position, probably an internal adjustment. And- this time base came from NASA Manned Flight Operations, so you get to own a little bit of history as well as a great plug-in! The pictures show the unit in operation. Okay all you electronics buffs. I fouled around with these things off and on years ago but cannot quite but together a description that really has all the right information. All I do know is that there are three separate compartments with several different input channels/selector switches. The unit powers up and seems to work. However. I am selling as is.
