RARE Tektronix TM 504 Opt 7 for Tracking Generator in not the best shape. I bought this unit a few years ago from an estate along with some other nice Tek gear and it sustained some shipping damage in transit compliments of UPS. Fortunately the damage appears to be cosmetic in nature. I tested it with a Tek DC 502 Opt 7 Counter and the counter worked fine in it. I wasn't able to test the compartments dedicated for use to a TR502 or TR503 because the TR502 that came in the same shipment was damaged beyond functionality. Opt 7 allows a DC 508A or DC 502 also with option 7 to talk to and work with the Tracking Generator through the TM504. There are 3 dedicated slots. The middle 2 are for the tracking generator. Also the high power compartment tang at the top of the slot was broken off. See ... morein the pic. But this looks like it could be replaced pretty easy by removing the top skin from the TM504. I did not check the high power slot. Note the damage to the Rear. Also looks pretty easy to fix or just leave it. There is a ding in the top. Sold as described. Your purchase is insured with Paypal. You are kindly bidding on a very clean. Working Ortec 449 ratemeter NIM module. The third photo shows the unit for sale mounted in a NIM bin(not for sale) working environment. It is being fed a 5kHz test pulse as shown on the scope(not for sale) in the fourth photo. The last photo is a close-up of the ratemeter displaying the 5kHz pulse. This unit accepts both positive and negative pulses and can display them in either a linear or logarithmic fashion depending on setting. This item is a vertical amplifier plug-in module for a Tektronix 7000 series oscilloscope. The 7A13 is a 100 MHz differential amplifier with a high common mode rejection ratio and a built-in precision adjustable DC reference source. This version is the later type that has an LED digital readout of the reference voltage. This unit does not work. It was working when I acquired it. But stopped working after a few months. When plugged into the oscilloscope mainframe, the mainframe itself will not work. My troubleshooting skills are very limited, but it is my belief there is a short which is pulling the mainframe's-15V supply into current limit. However, I lack the skill to actually determine the source of the problem and fix it. If this does not interest you as a repair project. It may be ... morean excellent source of parts instead. The unit is a bit dirty and banged up as to be expected for something of this age. It is also missing the knob from the ground terminal. Interestingly. The right side cover is actually from a 7B92A.
