Nice vintage 539a tube tester in rare heavy metal desktop/store tester type Hickok case. Roll chart moves smoothly line test lines up right in the center main meter is responsive and accurate. Tested a couple bogey 12ax7s perfectly but I’m sure it could use some calibration. It does have some issues though. The bias meter is not responding and therefore we had to test the bogey tubes on self bias. The top of the main power switch is broken off so it has to be turn off/on with a pen or something. Otherwise It seems to be working but as I said previously I’m sure it could use a run through and possible recap.

Test sockets for:7,9,10 pin miniature tubes, 8 pin octal and loctal tubes, 9,12 pin novar and compactron tubes and 5 pin nuvisitor tubes. This tester was fully tested in all capacities. The tube sockets were cleaned. Great for testing amplifier, audio, hi/fi, stereo, radio and tv tubes. Shows very little age, and is in overall very very good condition.

TV-7D/U Tube tester in a TV-7 outer metal case. Name plate is missing. The manual and manual supplement looks old and appears to be original. The TV-7 schematic is in pieces. So I put a piece of masking tape on it for now. The innards show you that the guts are TV-7D/U. The meter also says TV-7D/U. It has one extra"F" range not found in non-D TV-7 testers. Made in 1965. It passes line test. I have two more images showing the tube tester testing a 12AX7 and an EF86(12AX7 and EF86 not included) Last calibrated about 12 years ago so I cannot guarantee the accuracy anymore. This instrument should be calibrated by a qualified serviceperson before use. This item will be repatriated(no duties charged) when shipped to the United States. Combined shipping is welcome. Supreme Tube Tester Model 599-A Tester seems to work for the most part. Tubes light up. It will power on and give readings that were about the same as my good tester. I have up for sale this very nice. ACCURATE INSTRUMENTS MODEL 151 VINTAGE TUBE TESTER. This is in very good working condition, and comes with the original instruction manual with tube charts, and 3 other tube charts that cover cross reference military tubes, and industrial tubes. The photos show the unit working with a tube under test. The case has a few scuffs and nicks, and the chrome hardware has a little bit of rust which could easily be cleaned off. I purchased this Tube Checker from a retired TV repairman/neighbor about 10 years ago and used it to check my guitar amplifier tubes whenever I was having issues or trying to match tubes for the best sound. It worked fine for me but I have not used it in the last 5 years. So I cannot promise you that it works as it did previously. Having said that, I am not aware of any reason why it wouldn't work. Up for sale is my Hickok Cardmatic AN/USN 118B tube tester. In working condition. It is all original except for the 120 volt cord and cap. They were replaced. Included with the tester is: Tester Case. Manual, Calibration cards and Calibrator cell Shipping weight 50# Full deck of cards. Approximately 2484 cards covering 1556 tubes. Since I have never actually counted all 2484 cards.And there may be a couple missing, I am including 40 card blanks and the punch. Card holder case. The same dimensions as the tester case. I have the manual and punch in the case. Shipping weight 35# One non test card installed for shipping and one"tuck me in card" Rather worn, but original. This tester is shown in the pictures testing a 6146 and showing good quality in the meter. It is a functional tester ... moreand I have been using it regularly. Interior picture shows that it is clean with no corrosion. It would not hurt to recalibrate it. The full card deck seems to be complete. But I did not count them, so not guaranteed. 40 blanks, same as the original set, and the punch included. One supplier is selling the full decks for $500 and another $5 a card. Very nice looking KG-600C. We powered it up with a variac and tested a couple of tubes and it seems to work well. The test/short button seems like it needs cleaning. Great vintage tube checker that works! I was able to test a few tubes on it. I got this from an estate sale where they were selling old radios. Tubes and such. The original operating instructions and tube chart were a bit worn out.but i was able to find a copy online and have included a printed copy. The GE Tube Checker. TC-3A, is an emission type tube checker. Tubes are tested for quality by a test wherein the grid is placed at cathode potential while the screen is placed at a lower potential then the plate. You are bidding on a very rare find. This is a Knight 600 tube tester. Which was purchased, but never built. This tester is a time capsule of times gone by. The condition is excellent. There are some imperfections in the paint of the main tester panel. Which I believe are from the factory. If you are really picky you will see some fine rub marks on the main tester panel, probably from the cardboard it was packed in. This is a vintage electronic tube tester set in the original wooden box. The box is in rough shape but still sound. There is a handle on the case that is in good condition. The unit comes with 2 different plug-in cables with 3 different adapters as well as the power plug. The unit powers up when plugged in. And by moving a few switches I see the"leakage" light illuminate as well. I have no other way of testing the operation of this unit but it does turn on. It also comes with the original Manual. I purchased this WE KS-15750-L2 Tube Tester early this year to finalize the design and testing of the new DIGITAL MAIN METERS as shown in one of the pictures. It was upgraded with enhancements and now that the project is finished its surplus. The Digital Main Meters are being offered for sale by our group VHSystems on eBay. CONDITION: The metal case is in really good condition with a few markings from normal use. Faceplate knobs and meters are in very good condition. The electronics are nice. The roll chart works well and has the Western Electric types listed. The original handle has been replaced with a new heavy duty equipment handle. Pictures show all parts of the unit including the enhancements. The Digital Multimeter and the Digital Main Meter shown in the pictures are not included. If ... moredesired this unit can have a Digital Main Meter installed here before shipment by purchasing one listed by VHSystems here on eBay. Enhancements. Calibration and tests performed: Rectifiers 83 and 5Y3GT were replaced with solid state devices. This conversion plugs into the tube sockets and can be removed. A combination of zener diodes and rectifiers to match the tubes being removed. It also provides a load to the power transformer filament windings for power stability from load to no load variations. Plate Current pin jacks were added for testing plate current with a Digital Multimeter. Bias Selenium Rectifier was replaced with Silicon Rectifiers. Bias. Main Meter and VR Voltage Electrolytic Capacitors replaced. The large self bias can capacitor removed& replaced with modern small ones. A terminal strip was installed where the self bias capacitor was removed. Grounded line cord installed that attaches to the terminal strip. Main Meter was tested for Full Scale with120 uA and 180 mV. All three meters meet specifications. Return to zero and do not stick. Calibration was verified using Hickok’s procedures in the supplied manual. vintage Tester Radio City Products Supertester In Tongue and Groove Mahogany Box Radio City Products Co. Inc. NYC Supertester. Model 411. 4.5 X 8 X 5.5. This meter is in a beautiful tongue and groove box, with all original hardware. It appears to be mahogany. beautifully made. Never tested by me, but the meter seems fine, and the overall condition appears to be almost unused. Even the original leather handle is still in good condition.

Nice original clean tube manual with approximately 55 pages. Has no construction check off marks. Good section for operating and calibrating the tester. Has tube setup data charts and an entry on testing for gassy and shorted tubes. It will weigh about 1-2 pounds. Well packed when shipped. Hello. Up for sale is a Vintage Hickok Model 532 Dynamic Mutual Conductance Tube Tester. This unit does not come with a case. It has been panel mounted in my shop until I recently moved. This listing is For Parts not Working. However. The only flaw I am aware of is that it cannot power the heaters of any 12.6V tubes, like 12ax7's etc. This unit does test 6.3v tubes and I use it regularly to test 6l6's, el34's, and other common octal power pentode's. If you look at the last picture. You will see a switch that I think is the culprit of why the 12.6V heater circuit is not working. Maybe you have one: I think this price is fair.
