This is a piece of test equipment that produces a short duration pulse for testing modulators in radar rcvr-xmtrs. It was last used several years ago. Mfgr name on front is Huggins. The back panel data plate states the mfgr is Microwave Associates with a part number of 042580244. Checked out with an oscilloscope and it still produces a signal. It was used with an external trigger signal which is input from the back panel.
